Second American Civil War: The Second Civil War, itself the central element of the USA's gameplay in Kaiserreich, was further expanded, with Texas and Alaska capable of seceding as well, or might not happen at all if the USA player follows the correct steps.Mythology Gag: Kaiserredux adds back a few paths that were present in old versions of Kaiserreich before being removed either for being unrealistic or for balancing reasons, like Lawrence of Britannia, the AOG (as a playable nation), avoiding the American Civil War, a totalist Georgia featuring Beria and Stalin, the Legation Cities falling to the Triads, Roman von Ungern-Sternberg proclaiming himself Genghis Khan II, Italy being divided into only two instead of five pieces, and so on.Game Mod: Kaiserredux originated as a submod of Kaiserreich: Legacy of the Weltkrieg, itself a mod of Hearts of Iron IV, but has since become a standalone fork that no longer requires the base mod.
